Nomisday?!? I can't live in Santa Cruz without knowing it's "Namiste", biatch! Seriously though, I live at the heart of this movement in SC and it's terrible. Everytime I see a yoga mat slung casually across a shoulder and affected "poor" looking clothes I just want to puke.
